A Letter from Ryan

Creating a custom memorial of the highest quality requires hundreds of people all working together to achieve. This process is more like building a house than it is simply ordering rocks online. With shortages of literally all the items we require to deliver a lasting memorial to you or your loved ones, I ask that you be patient with me and my colleagues.

The sheer amount of specialized labor and equipment that is required to mine a rare stone from the earth as well as cut, shape, polish, package, and ship that stone across the world is almost unfathomable. The hundreds of people involved all have numerous steps to take in completing their portion of this process. Each one of those steps involves factors of risk. Those risks cannot be taken lightly.

I am asking that you keep in mind all of these people when ordering your memorial and allow each and every one of them to perform their jobs in the safest and most efficient manner they can.

People make mistakes. Orders are entered incorrectly, stones are cut in the wrong shape, shipments get delayed, equipment breaks down. There are a thousand things that can go wrong in this process and those things can cause delays ranging from weeks to months and in some cases over a year.

I can guarantee that your monument will be of the highest quality and afforded the highest order of care and compassion that you and your loved ones deserve. No matter how long it takes I will make sure that story is shared with the world for generations to come.
